PRODA is an independent foundation offering free, daily classes for professional dancers, pedagogues and choreographers. The classes represents different disciplines like classical ballet, modern dance, release technique, jazz/ hip hop, contact impro and alternative training like yoga and pilates. Professional dancers visiting from abroad, or working on projects in Norway, are welcome to attend the classes.
